Is 4Rewards really free?

How do I earn points or stamps?
Just show your personal QR code at checkout when you pay. The business scans it and the points or stamp are added to your account automatically.
Do I need to download a different app for every store?
No — that's the whole reason 4Rewards exists. One app, one QR code, every loyalty program from your favorite local businesses.
What happens to my personal data?
You can export or request deletion of your data at any time, right from within the app, without contacting anyone — built from day one around GDPR.
Does it work without an internet connection?
Yes, your QR code and balance still show up offline, so you can earn or redeem points even if the store has a weak signal.
Do I always need to download the app?
Not always — if a business supports Add to Wallet, you can get its loyalty card directly in your phone's Apple Wallet or Google Wallet through a public page, with no install at all. The full app gives you every business and every feature in one place, but if you'd rather start with just one card, Wallet is an effortless alternative.
Can I send points or stamps to a friend?
Yes, at any store that has enabled transfers. Open the store's page in the app, choose to transfer, and enter your friend's mobile number and the amount. Your friend also needs the 4Rewards app and has 60 minutes to accept. If they don't accept, or if you cancel before they do, the points go straight back to you.
Do my points and stamps expire?
It depends on the store. Some stores set a validity period. In that case you can see on the card when they expire, and you get a notification a few days before so you have time to use them.
If I change phones, do I lose my points?
No. Your points and stamps are stored in your account, not on your device. Log in on your new phone with the same details and everything will be exactly where you left it.
Which languages is the app available in?
11 languages: Greek, English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Romanian, Arabic, Albanian and Bulgarian. It starts in your phone's language and you can change it anytime in the settings.
How do I know when I earned or redeemed points?
You get an instant notification on your phone for every transaction, and the app shows your full transaction history at each store: when you earned, when you redeemed and what your balance is.
Will I hear about new products and offers from stores?
Yes. Stores where you're a customer can notify you about new products, offers and gifts. You're in control: you can turn marketing notifications on or off anytime in the app's privacy settings.
What is Happy Hour?
Some stores set days or hours when every purchase gives double (up to five times) points or stamps. On Discover, an orange "Happy Hour" badge shows which stores have a Happy Hour and which are running one right now, and the store's page shows the full schedule. The multiplier is applied automatically when you're scanned at the till.
