How do I give points for phone orders?
With manual entry: type the guest's mobile number and the amount, no QR scan needed.
Can I connect the program to my POS?
Yes, optionally, through the POS API: points are awarded automatically from the till. Without a POS, the business phone is enough.
I have two locations. Can guests collect points at both?
Yes, with a Loyalty Pool: one shared points balance across all your locations, redeemable at any of them.
