Frequently asked questions
Can I give different rewards depending on the wash package?
With points per euro, pricier packages automatically earn more points. With stamps, every wash counts the same.
What if the driver doesn't have their phone?
Add the stamp using their mobile number, no scan needed.
Can I check which staff member gives stamps?
Yes. Each staff member has their own PIN and every transaction is recorded under their name. There is also a minimum time between two stamps for the same customer.
