How much does 4Loyalty cost? Are there any hidden fees?
From €14.90/month per store, with no per-transaction fees and no extra hardware required. For 2+ stores sharing a unified points balance, the Loyalty Pool plan is €19.90/month per store. For chains that want their own branded app (whitelabel), pricing is available on request.
Do I need special hardware or a POS system to get started?
No — your business phone is enough to scan your customer's QR code at checkout. If you already have a POS system, you can optionally connect it through our POS Integration API for full automation, with no scanning at all.
How long does setup take?
Just a few minutes. You configure your loyalty program (points or stamps) once, and automated campaigns — like birthday rewards — send themselves from then on.
Who's responsible for my customers' data (GDPR)?
Legally, you are — regardless of which loyalty platform you use. 4Loyalty gives you the tools to actually meet that responsibility (logged consent, self-service data export/deletion, 2FA for admins) so you can respond to a customer request immediately — something many competitors don't even offer.
I have multiple stores — will my customers' points get mixed up?
The opposite, actually: Loyalty Pool unifies points/stamps across all your stores, so the customer sees it as one program no matter which location they visit.
Why does account creation on iPhone happen here instead of inside the app?
Due to Apple's policy, new accounts can't be created inside apps like the 4Loyalty Merchant App on iOS. That's why registration happens here on the website — once it's done, you open the app as usual to log in.
Does the QR-code digital menu cost extra?
No, it's completely free and included in every plan. Build your menu (categories, products, photos, dine-in/takeaway/delivery prices) from the admin panel, print the QR code at your store, and customers see it instantly on their phone in 7 languages — no app download required.
Do my customers need to download an app to get a loyalty card?
Not necessarily. If you enable Add to Wallet for your business, you share a link or QR code where your customer verifies their phone via SMS and adds your card directly to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet — in two minutes, no app install at all. Ideal for walk-in customers who would never download yet another app. It's enabled by us on request.
