Calculate Your 4Loyalty ROI
A realistic estimate of incremental profit by industry — based on visit frequency, real-world cannibalization rate, and the delivery-platform commissions you save when customers order directly.
Pick your industry for realistic defaults
Business Basics
Each store pays its own annual 4Loyalty subscription.
Loyalty Program Impact
Share of your customers expected to download and actively use the program.
How much more often member customers visit due to points/stamps and campaigns.
Share of the "extra" visits that would have happened anyway without the program (e.g. a customer who simply shifted an already-planned order to earn points). For takeaway / delivery this is realistically above 30%.
Delivery Platforms
Customers who will order directly or visit in person instead of using a platform, in order to earn or redeem points.
Typically 10%–30% per order, depending on the platform and your agreement.
Calculation Breakdown (monthly)
How is this calculated — and why does the ROI look so high?
1. Incremental visits: We multiply your monthly customers × participation rate × frequency uplift to estimate how many extra visits the program generates.
2. Cannibalization: Not all of those "extra" visits are genuinely new revenue — some would have happened anyway (the customer just timed an order around a reward). We subtract that share before calculating profit.
3. Platform savings: Because points/stamps are only earned via a direct order or in-store scan (not through a delivery platform), a share of orders shifts off-platform — and the business keeps the commission it would have paid.
Why the ROI% looks so large: 4Loyalty costs from €14.90/month per store. Even a small, realistic increase in customer retention translates into many multiples of that cost in profit — this isn't hype, it's simply a consequence of how low the subscription cost is.
All default values are estimates based on industry averages and can be freely adjusted. This calculator is not a guarantee of results — actual numbers depend on how the program is run, your customer profile, and your market.
