Affiliate Program Terms

1. Definitions

"Affiliate" means the individual or legal entity that registers for the program via the form at 4rewards.app/affiliates and receives a personal referral code. "Business" means the business that signs up for 4Loyalty via the Affiliate's referral link or code. "Company" means 4MAT PC MON IKE, owner and operator of 4Loyalty.

2. Program Participation

Registration takes place via the public application form. Every application is reviewed by the Company before approval; the Company reserves the right to reject or deactivate any Affiliate account at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons, particularly in cases of misleading promotion, false information, or breach of these terms.

3. Commission

The Affiliate earns a 50% commission on the listed price of the first subscription charge of each Business they referred, provided the Business signed up within 7 days of the last click on the Affiliate's referral code (last-touch attribution — the most recent referral code takes precedence if the same Business viewed more than one before signing up). The commission is calculated and recorded immediately after the Business's free trial period, if any, ends — i.e., at the first actual charge, not during the trial. The Company reserves the right to change the commission rate for new referrals with prior notice; commissions already recorded are not affected retroactively.

4. Commission Payment

Commissions are paid to the bank account (IBAN) declared by the Affiliate, after confirmation by the Company. The Affiliate is solely responsible for keeping their payment details up to date.

5. Tax Obligations

An Affiliate with an active business/freelancer tax registration issues the corresponding invoice for services rendered to the Company for each commission paid. For an Affiliate registered as a private individual, the Company issues a self-billing document on their behalf, in accordance with applicable Greek tax legislation, with the corresponding legal withholdings where required. Any tax or contribution arising from the Affiliate's income is borne solely by the Affiliate.

6. Affiliate Obligations

• Use of the Affiliate's personal referral code for their own business, or for businesses they already knew before joining the program, is prohibited.
• Misleading, false, or disparaging promotion of 4Loyalty or the Company is prohibited.
• Sending unsolicited communications (spam) to promote the referral code is prohibited.
• The Affiliate does not acquire any employment, agency, or partnership relationship with the Company through participation in the program.

7. Term & Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the program at any time. Commissions already recorded prior to termination remain payable under these terms; the referral code is deactivated immediately and does not generate new commissions after termination.

8. Personal Data Protection

The information the Affiliate provides upon registration (identification/business details, tax ID, address, bank account) is used exclusively to manage their participation in the program, issue tax documents, and pay commissions, and is accessible only to authorized Company personnel. It is retained for as long as required by applicable tax/accounting legislation.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Company does not guarantee any specific number of referrals, conversions, or commission amount. Participation in the program is at the Affiliate's own risk.

10. Amendment of Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active Affiliates.
