What Sets 4Loyalty Apart From Other Loyalty Platforms

On paper, most customer loyalty apps look the same: points or stamps, a QR code, campaigns. The real differences show up once you look closer at pricing, what is actually included, and who carries the responsibility when something goes wrong.

Priced per store, not per customer

Many platforms charge based on member count or transactions — the more successful your program gets, the more expensive it becomes. 4Loyalty has a flat price per store per month, no matter how large your customer base grows.

Who is responsible for GDPR

Legally, the business always remains the Data Controller for its customers' data, no matter which platform it uses. Many solutions hand you the points-collection tool but not the means to actually fulfill that responsibility — no automatic consent handling, no self-service data export or deletion for the customer. 4Loyalty ships with these built in, by default.

What is actually "included"

A QR-code digital menu, a referral program, scratch-card prizes, targeted birthday campaigns, a POS Integration API — all inside the base subscription, not sold separately as paid add-ons. If you need a shared points pool across multiple locations or your own branded app (whitelabel), those exist too — without having to switch platforms.

The most practical test: ask any platform you are evaluating to show you, inside the app itself, how a customer exports or deletes their own data without emailing anyone. If it cannot, you already know who gets left holding the responsibility later.
